The Truth About Corporate Burnout

Are you feeling all kinds of burnt out in your corporate job?
Are you sitting there googling “How To Recover From Burnout”, but all the recommendations are just cliche and not applicable to your life?
I so get it. I was there too for YEARS.
Looking back, there was so much truth that was not revealed about burnout.
Setting boundaries at work? YEAH RIGHT. As a consultant living out of a suitcase most weeks, there were no firm boundaries that could be set.
Taking days off? Bueno, claro. Pero it got to the point where even taking 2 weeks off was not restoring my energy the way I expected it to.
And, my personal favorite…seeing all the Pinterest and Instagram photos with luxurious bubble baths and face masks as example of #selfcare.
Mija, I love a warm bath just as much as the next mujer.
But all the wine in the world was not healing the layers of fatigue, exhaustion, and misalignment in my life.
In this episode, I offer you some serious truth about what is really involved in recovering from burnout.
